Where rules end and review begins
Some thoughts on the part of an AI workflow that happens after the model answers.

A collection of projects, things I’m learning, and small experiments. Mostly marketing systems and AI, with a few detours along the way.
Available for freelance marketing ops and systems audits. Say hello.
A little context
My background is in marketing operations: 10+ years of campaigns, customer journeys, and the systems underneath them. That work tends to spill over into tools, prototypes, and questions worth following. View work history.
Two tools I built, and the campaign operations work behind them.
Independent product
A planning app that looks at campaigns from the audience’s side, so overlapping sends show up before they go out.
Workflow tool
Gets messy vendor lists ready for upload: fixed rules for the clear-cut values, a person for the judgment calls. Built and shared with colleagues, who put it to work.
Professional work
Campaign operations for Google Cloud through Marvel Marketers: the coordination, systems, and everyday details behind global delivery.

A tidy schedule can still make for a crowded inbox.
Playground
Small working studies.
Small interactive examples, unfinished questions, and ideas from the workbench.

I’ve spent more than a decade working in B2B technology, including Google Cloud through Marvel Marketers, Zoom, SentinelOne, and Xactly. Along the way I’ve led campaign operations, built customer programs, and spent plenty of time inside Marketo and Salesforce.
Outside that work, I’m usually exploring some combination of AI, shared memory, 3D printing, and embedded electronics. I like seeing what happens when an idea becomes something you can actually use.
This is where I’m keeping some of it.
The longer work historyI’m available for freelance marketing operations work, including systems audits and workflow improvements. Tell me what you’re working on, or what’s getting in the way.
Interesting roles, shared projects, and good questions are welcome too.
